Abstract
This paper was submitted in response to question 4 of the Parliamentary Science and Technology Committee Inquiry on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence* on: 'The social, legal and ethical issues raised by developments in robotics and artificial intelligence technologies, and how they should be addressed'.
