Abstract Strengthening the training of artificial intelligence talents and developing the artificial intelligence industry should be the only way to gain a foothold in the future of technology and talent competition. At the same time, it can promote the establishment of the highland of independent innovation in the field of AI. Talents market situation provides new requirement to talents cultivation in universities. But it should also be noted that AI development in universities meets with pretty problems. These are the newly-constructed related programs just growing in recent few years, the weakening of AI faculties in universities, especially the fragmentary of education system. Therefore, universities should promote the development of quality programs in the field of AI to get a new goal of talents cultivating. Otherwise, we should strengthen the integration and cooperation between AI and other applied programs to perform AI program structure and keep on classified and stratified cultivating to form a brand-new mode of talents training in all the field of AI.
