Abstract
This paper studies the application of artificial intelligence technology in the management of scientific research and teaching files based on the analysis of data retention. During the execution of the verification task, the results obtained by the introduction of artificial intelligence technology for intelligent file selection and intelligent identification and control are analyzed. When the original record is created for the first time, the input is ensured by obtaining the focus of the text box and monitoring the keyboard keys. Data changes leave traces. For the original record with the old version, the modified content of the original record is obtained from the comparison of the three data types of text, value, and selection box. The text comparison uses the LCS algorithm, which improves the efficiency by 7.2%.
