• To protect human well-being, safety, autonomy, and public health, WHO encourages cautious use of AI-generated language models in healthcare. • AI Ethics, Healthcare AI requires morality and prejudice prevention. • AI can greatly improve patient care, diagnosis, and therapy. But this accomplishment creates important ethical challenges that need thorough investigation and standardization. • The ethical framework for AI in healthcare must be built on respect for humans, beneficence, and fairness. • Healthcare providers must establish governance frameworks, audit AI systems, and assure openness, explainability, and accountability.
