Abstract
<title>UNSTRUCTURED</title> In the digital age of medicine, the Hippocratic oath is changing. We discuss the oath's core values of patient care, confidentiality, and non-harm. We discuss how the oath has changed over time to reflect modern values, particularly in digital health. We propose small but significant changes to address artificial intelligence (AI), patient data privacy, and the transformative impact of digital technologies on healthcare delivery. We conclude that an updated oath that prioritizes informed consent, patient privacy in electronic data exchange, cybersecurity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and equitable access to digital healthcare tools is needed to guide healthcare professionals through the ethical challenges of the digital frontier.
