Assessment of Additional Labor Costs for the Development of Artificial Intelligence Systems for Use in Clinical Medicine

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ нормативно-правовых актов, связанных с доказательством безопасности и эффективности применения систем искусственного интеллекта в клинической медицине, а также с регистрацией их как медицинского изделия. Для этого были проанализированы федеральные законы, постановления правительства РФ, приказы Министерства здравоохранения РФ, приказы Росздравнадзора РФ, а также национальные стандарты «Системы искусственного интеллекта в клинической медицине». Было показано, что для внедрения систем искусственного интеллекта в реальную клиническую практику требуется дополнительно 9-16 месяцев разработки. The article analyzes regulatory legal acts related to proving the safety and effectiveness of artificial intelligence systems in clinical medicine, as well as their registration as a medical device. For this purpose, federal laws, decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation, orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, orders of Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation, as well as national standards “Artificial Intelligence Systems in Clinical Medicine” were analyzed. . . It has been shown that the implementation of artificial intelligence systems in real clinical practice requires an additional 9-16 months of development.
