Abstract
In the recent decade, the cases of brain-related fatalities have increased, although the medical sciences are constantly upgrading themselves, especially in low-income countries. One thing that has not been remarkably upgraded is related to the training of the surgeons who are still using the older prosthesis methods which have a low efficiency and high cost. Medical sciences have benefitted from the advancement of cutting-edge technologies like augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI). AR and VR can help with the simulation of real-world case studies, whereas sensor-based IoT can help execute the training to work in real time for these problems. The learnings can be even improved when the feedback is generated by an AI-based model. In this research, we are proposing a novel method in which an AR/VR-based learning tool for surgeons will be added up with sensors and IoT and later retrained with an AI-based platform. The main objective of this research is to increase the efficiency of surgeons. This will help to uplift the way brain surgeries, how they are performed and how efficient they become!
