Abstract
With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, new opportunities for innovation and application in medical device software have emerged. This paper explores the current research on medical device software based on AI and ML, analyzing the practical applications and outcomes of these technologies in the medical field. First, the basic concepts of AI and ML and their significance in medical devices are introduced. Then, an in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of medical device software, user experience, and relevant regulations is provided. Next, the paper discusses the specific applications of AI and ML in data processing, model training, and software implementation, showcasing their practical effects through case studies.
