Abstract
This paper primarily focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on university-level education and social behavior, with a specific emphasis on the case of Kosovo. The study is based on primary data collected through questionnaires. The questionnaire was structured into two sections. The first section includes questions related to the assessment of the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on university-level education, specifically addressing various aspects of social behavior during the period from 2022 to 2024. Some of the social behavior aspects addressed in the first section of the questionnaire, related to the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI), include: new teaching methods, new learning approaches, innovative methods for assessing students' knowledge, the use of e-libraries and online platforms, as well as the anticipated impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the reduction of certain professions in the future, potentially leading to increased anxiety and uncertainty among students regarding their access to the labor market. The second section of the questionnaire focuses on assessing the support provided by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation in relation to investments aimed at developing artificial intelligence (AI) within public university education from 2022 to 2024. This section of the questionnaire was designed using Likert Scale options, a fundamental psychometric tool commonly used in educational and social science research (Joshi, Kale, Chandel, & Pal, 2015). The methodology used in this paper is the descriptive method, supported by comparative statistical analysis expressed in percentages (%) (Deda, Brajshori, & Krasniqi, 2020).
