AI is shaking up healthcare in a big way, and at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), we’ve seen firsthand how it can make a difference in patient access and staff engagement. With over 250 open patient access roles across South Carolina and a growing demand for care, we needed a smarter way to work. AI wasn’t just about filling gaps—it was about rethinking how we do things, making processes more efficient, and giving staff the tools to focus on what really matters: patient care.
