Abstract
As healthcare providers increasingly recognize the importance of personalized patient experiences, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into client insight programs has emerged as a transformative approach. This paper examines the role of AI in enhancing personalization strategies for healthcare providers, focusing on its potential to analyze vast amounts of patient data, derive actionable insights, and improve patient outcomes. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study highlights current methodologies, identifies key challenges, and proposes a framework for implementing AI-driven personalization in client insight programs. The findings suggest that AI-enhanced personalization not only improves patient engagement and satisfaction but also facilitates better health management and operational efficiencies. This manuscript concludes by discussing the implications for future research and practice, along with the associated limitations of AI implementation in healthcare settings.
