Abstract
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has given rise to profound transformation in various sectors of human life. However, this rapid development is not free from complex legal challenges. This research aims to identify, analyze and provide solutions to legal challenges that arise in the context of AI development. Key focuses include issues of privacy, ethics, security, and liability. Through this exploration, the article provides in-depth insight into recent legal developments, regulatory efforts, and recommendations for overcoming these obstacles. In doing so, this article contributes to further understanding of the legal dynamics relating to the development of AI technologies and stimulates further discussion in this area.
