Next Generation Smart Hospitals: AI, 6G, and IoT Integration

Abstract
Using 6G networks and AI, smart hospitals are enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, & medical decisionmaking. Scientific decision support systems, predictive analytics, robotic therapy, and AI-powered drug research are examples of smart hospital technology. For enhanced telemedicine, remote monitoring, & emergency response, 6 G networks provide ultra-low latency, high-speed data transfer, and real-time communication. Cybersecurity, cloud-edge computing, and IoT connection are essential for smart hospital architecture. These technologies include intelligent patient management, blockchain for healthcare data security, wearable health monitoring, and AI-powered critical care units. This paper discusses AI bias, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and workforce change's ethical, social, and legal impacts. Predictions for quantum computing, bio-nano interfaces, and metaverse healthcare conclude the chapter. To allow nextgeneration smart hospitals and a comprehensive AI-powered, 6Genabled healthcare ecosystem, this chapter addresses technological, economic, and sustainability issues.
