Today, AI elements such as GPT Chat are consulted 24/7 by a large number of people for all kinds of queries. Artificial intelligence (AI) has undergone major changes in its use and implementation within public and private institutions, with the aim of improving their efficiency and citizen service. This efficiency or modality has been achieved through the implementation of different types of chatbots to assist people. It is at this point that we notice how This article aims to address the analysis of AI, highlighting its significance in the fields of management, administration, and governance, highlighting the significant opportunities, impact assessment, and potential it offers.
