Abstract
Artificial intelligence-enabled tools are poised to augment, rather than replace, clinician judgment in obstetric anesthesia. Real-world impact will depend on rigorous external validation, equitable implementation, interpretable model design, seamless EHR integration, and close collaboration between clinicians, data scientists, and vendors.
