Abstract
AI-powered diagnostic tools have shown promise in early disease detection and management across various health conditions. A comprehensive search was conducted using multiple databases including PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library. Studies were screened based on predefined inclusion criteria. AI-powered tools demonstrated a 30% reduction in diarrhea incidence among Kenyan children when integrated into community health programmes. The review supports the potential of AI diagnostics for enhancing early intervention strategies against childhood diarrhea in Kenya. Public health initiatives should prioritise integration and implementation of AI diagnostic solutions to improve diarrhea prevention efforts. Model estimation used $\hat{\theta}=argmin_{\theta}\sum_i\ell(y_i,f_\theta(x_i))+\lambda\lVert\theta\rVert_2^2$, with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
