Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) represents one of the most significant technological innovations of the twenty-first century. Unlike traditional artificial intelligence systems that primarily analyze and interpret data, generative AI systems can create new digital content such as text, images, music, videos, and software code. The rapid development of large language models and deep learning technologies has accelerated the integration of generative AI across industries including marketing, healthcare, education, finance, and software engineering. This research article examines the evolution, applications, and economic implications of generative AI while highlighting its potential to enhance productivity and creativity. The study also explores the ethical challenges associated with generative AI, including data privacy concerns, misinformation, and intellectual property issues. Drawing on recent empirical studies and industry reports, the article concludes that generative AI will significantly reshape the future of work, economic productivity, and digital innovation.
