<sec> <title>UNSTRUCTURED</title> Between 2020 and 2025, interventional cardiologists reported increasing AI knowledge, confidence in its future role, and awareness of implementation challenges, while perceived barriers shifted toward infrastructure and regulatory issues, reflecting growing readiness for structured clinical adoption despite limited implementation in current practice. </sec>
