Abstract
This chapter examines how low-code platforms, specifically Oracle APEX, can democratize healthcare AI by enabling non-technical healthcare professionals to create intelligent applications. The authors explore the intersection of low-code development and healthcare technology, demonstrating how Oracle APEX facilitates collaborative intelligence in clinical settings. The chapter analyzes the platform's capability to bridge the technical skills gap in healthcare organizations, allowing clinicians and administrators to rapidly develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for patient care, workflow optimization, and data management. Through case studies and practical examples, this research illustrates how low-code platforms can accelerate healthcare digital transformation while maintaining security and compliance standards.
