"En la era digital, la radiología y el radiólogo enfrentan el desafío de preservar su esencia clínica frente al vertiginoso avance tecnológico. La expansión de la inteligencia artificial, la telerradiología y los sistemas digitales han transformado profundamente los flujos de trabajo en los servicios de diagnóstico por imágenes. Este editorial propone una reflexión sobre la necesidad de revalorizar el rol del radiólogo clínico como integrador del diagnóstico y garante del vínculo entre la imagen médica y el contexto clínico del paciente."
