Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is using predictive analytics to automate the process of screening applications and to make better decisions when recruiting. As it becomes more widespread, algorithmic bias, transparency, data privacy, and ethical problems become more apparent. This study investigates students’ opinions on the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment, the impact on employment, and ethical concerns. Although artificial intelligence has made the hiring process more efficient and fairer, there are still issues with bias, insufficient human control, and ethical concerns. To solve these difficulties and create a welcoming climate for recruiting, artificial intelligence must be employed in a way that is both ethical and legal.
