Abstract

Robin L.P. Blackstone, MD, FACS is a physician, surgeon, and health-systems innovator. She is Founder and Chair of the H4 Alliance Trust, a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity organized to advance Health 4.0 as a unified American healthcare architecture; Founder of H4 Alliance, a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation; and Chief Executive Officer of Blackstone Health. She is the author of Doctor AI: Reimagining Healthcare, Rebuilding Trust, Delivering Health 4.0(Blackstone Press, April 7, 2026) and American Health: Who Gets Paid (Blackstone Press, January 2026). She maintains active medical licenses in Arizona and New York, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
